Get Real to What Makes you High

#103: What Makes You High? What Are You Waiting For?

Get Real to What Makes you High

Get high on life. Step up to the plate and bang this day out of the park.

Consider this, what makes you high and what if it sounds crazy, and is different than how you’re living right now?

What really makes you high? Tick tock, tick tock. C’mon just answer the question.

These days are going by fast. If we don’t take the time to know what makes our heart sing, we may die wondering. Don’t die wondering.

Pause. Be willing to get real with yourself and name what makes you high. Then, go and schedule a few dates with yourself in your calendar. Schedule time to be with friends or to take that class you’ve been wanting to try or better yet, do something completely out of character.

Tick tock. Tick tock.

What are you waiting for?

In fact, why not go for real deal high definition highs? You know, those juicy highs that get down into your soul, that light you up at the cellular level, that give you goose bumps. If you haven’t yet named one or two then do it now. Sit yourself down, take out pen and paper and start listing things, places, situations and people that make you come alive—that make you high.

Your list may include things you loved to do as a kid (for me it was watching the sunset on a beach), or as a teenager (trail running with my girlfriends) or in your 20’s, 30’s, 40’s. What is holding you back? Why haven’t you done them lately?

I know it can be scary to admit that you don’t have a whole lot of Hell Yeah’s in your life right now but please know, YOU’RE NOT LATE.

You are not late. You have today to start getting real and getting high. Why not make today the day to do one thing that makes you scream, HELL YEAH!

What is it?  Don’t wait another day to find out.

  1. When I originally commented I seem to have clicked on the -Notify

Perhaps there is a way you are able to remove me from that service?
    Thanks!
