Taking time to shimmer

I encourage you set aside a few minutes every day to shimmer. That means to shift beyond the fixed structures that make up daily life, and to allow yourself time to float in space and time. More specifically, I recommend intentionally taking time to hang out with life as it is arising and emerging. This is not easy to explain, one just has to experiment. When you go beyond your roles and stories, you remember who you are. You remember that, at your core, you are a collection of shimmering light and energy.
