[Guided Practice] Becoming familiar with where your attention drifts is the first step in training your mind to stay focused and present. In this open awareness practice, we will get to know what holds our mind and name how our attention wanders and bends. The result? When we get to know our mental patterns in practice, we become aware of how these habits impact our daily lives. And, it’s in knowing them that we can change them.
