#321: Time To Change

The Only Constant in Life Is Change. – Heraclitus. Let’s face it, we resist change. It’s our natural survival instinct to push back on anything new. But one thing is for sure, we cannot stop change from happening.

In today’s message, I offer ways to practice change by mixing up simple daily actions. While these ordinary shifts of how we do things might seem small, they build strength and our willingness to change—or not resist—changing the big stuff.
