How to Work Together

  1. Discovery Call: We start with a free 30 minute call to discuss your goals and ensure we’re a good fit. Schedule a discovery call. Ready to jump in and get started? Book a one-hour introductory session

  2. Personalized Plan: We’ll co-create a plan aligned with your long-term vision and goals.

  3. Regular Sessions: We’ll meet weekly or bi-weekly for 45-minute Zoom sessions, focusing on conversation, exercises, and guidance.

  4. Ongoing Support: You’ll get resources between sessions and have email/text access for quick check-ins.

  5. Accountability: We’ll track progress, adjust as needed, and celebrate milestones to ensure sustainable growth.
