Today, I bring you (and me ) a reminder of self-love. Isn’t it crazy that we need to remind ourselves to love ourselves first? Well I need reminding. Like most, I get caught up in the cycle of self-improvement for the sake of appearance and career. What if my focus on nutrition, movement, sleep, etc was for me first? Just for me.
