Step UP not DOWN in Life

Menopause is an opportunity to step up, not down in life. I’m learning just how important it is to maintain that positive mindset in our 40’s, 50’s and 60’s. What helps is trusting that knowledge gives us power and awareness is essential. With these skills, we can take charge of this huge transitionary time. Today, I share a simple daily practice to get to know the ever-shifting changes in our body and mind.
