The art of being present

There’s a difference between being present and trying to capture what is happening in the present moment. In this quick message I share an observation of how, as a culture, we are much more likely to try to grab a special moment by documenting or recording it than actually experiencing it fully. And perhaps, just perhaps, there are moments when we leave the phone in our bag.
