The feeling of grateful in your body

Be grateful—they say. You’ve heard it before. Practice gratitude in the morning and in the evening. Pause during the day to notice. There’s no question that having a gratitude practice can be a helpful way to remind us of what we have and don’t have. But there’s another level. It’s the feeling of grateful—in your body and specifically your heart. For me, it’s been a game changer.
